As a design director and founder of mPath, I lead product and research strategies that center equity, joy, and real-world impact. I’ve partnered with organizations like the LEGO Group, McGraw Hill, Starbucks, and i-Ready to create learning experiences that are both data-informed and deeply human. My work combines systems thinking with field-driven research, often using methods I developed at MIT, including eye tracking and biosensors, to surface insights that traditional interviews might miss.

I guide teams through rapid design-build-test cycles, integrating AI, behavioral science, and pedagogy into every phase of development. When needed, I also build functional prototypes to ensure we’re learning from real interactions, not assumptions. My focus is on creating cultures of empathy and experimentation, where design is a tool for lasting change.
