Welcome to Level Up! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Level Up app (“App”), including any related services. By using our App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Level Up, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Level Up for personal or business purposes. You may not:

  • Modify, copy, or distribute the App without permission.

  • Use the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

  • Interfere with the App’s security or attempt to access restricted areas.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms.

3. No Warranties & Limitation of Liability

3.1 No Warranties

Level Up is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your expectations.

3.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Level Up.

  • If you experience loss of data, service interruptions, or other issues, you assume all risk related to such occurrences.

  • In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for the App (if applicable).

4. User Data & Privacy

Our Privacy Policy (linked separately) explains how we handle data. By using Level Up, you agree to our data practices. We do not guarantee data security, and you use the App at your own risk.

5. Third-Party Services

Level Up may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Google Workspace). We are not responsible for any issues caused by these third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

6. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colorado. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration rather than court, except where prohibited by law.
