We're doing a new study around what people do right before and right after they go to bed. If interested, we'll video tape you and have you wear sensors that measure your energy levels as you eat breakfast, put on make up, brush your teeth, etc. We'll do the same thing in the evening as if you were going to bed, and then interview you about the experiences for an hour. The process you should be easy - just do what you normally do. We want to make sure you are comfortable, so we won't be recording any times you would prefer privacy (eg. shower).
